We provide complete and/or customizable support for installation of your Renlita product. 

Installation typically involves:

• Design stage assessment

• Assembly and mounting of Renlita Door

• Calibration of electronic sensors and motor

We can be contracted as consulting supervisors, technical laborers, or bring a fully optimized team for speedy installation. Typically, contracting us for the full installation provides the best value as our operators are specialized and able to work quickly, freeing up your job site and reducing your labor costs. 

Safety certification will be included for applicable jobs (default on full installation less extenuating circumstances) and is necessary for factory or other warranty claims.

The secret to multi-decade smooth operation is routine service. These doors are built to handle weather extremes all across the USA, but just like your luxury car, your luxury door will benefit from biannual service - nothing is immune to time and weather.

By booking your biannual or annual service contract with us you will keep your system's safety certification active as we will fully diagnose and test your system at each visit. At each appointment, we will make any necessary modifications and address any concerns you might have. We also provide customized tips for your property to ensure good maintenance and door operation.

We typically recommend scheduling visits in April/May and October/November for optimal operation of your doors throughout seasonal transitions, especially if your building is near the ocean or receives heavy snow.

Most problems can be troubleshooted over the phone with pictures and/or videos. We provide complimentary phone support to all our existing customers. If we can't help you solve it remotely, we will talk you through how to secure your door for immediate safety, and then visit you at our earliest appointment window (usually within 1-3 business days).
